Doubtful for Game 4
Antetokounmpo has been sidelined since missing the final three games of the regular season. Coach Doc Rivers hinted that Antetokounmpo is ramping up towards a return, but he wasn't optimistic about the forward returning for Sunday.

Probable for Sunday
Middleton is coming off a 42-point effort in the Game 3 loss on Friday, and the veteran forward has embraced a more prominent role on offense with Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) sidelined. Middleton is averaging 26.7 points per game in the series while logging at least 35 minutes in each game, and the probable tag suggests he shouldn't have problems handling his regular workload Sunday.

Game 4 in doubt
Lillard was able to return to Game 3 after suffering the injury and finished the contest with 28 points (6-20 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 12-12 FT), eight assists, three steals and one rebound over 45 minutes. Final confirmation on his status Sunday will presumably come closer to game time. AJ Green, Andre Jackson and Malik Beasley would all be candidates to see increased minutes alongside Patrick Beverley in the backcourt should Lillard indeed need to sit out.
