Kirk Hinrich: Headed to Portland?
Update: Hinrich could be part of a three-team trade that would have the Bulls shipping him to Portland, ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: The Portland angle has had legs for the last month. Along with the Bulls and the Blazers, Utah would also be included. The rest of the trade would have Carlos Boozer being sent to the Bulls and Tyrus Thomas being sent to Utah. There was no mention of what Portland would include in the trade.
Paul Millsap: Offer From Portland Looming?
Update: After failing to sign Hidayet Turkoglu, the Blazers are expected to extend an offer to Millsap, The Oregonian reports.
Analysis: The Jazz will have the right to match any offer made to Millsap, who's a restricted free agent. Millsap would give the Blazers a much needed low-post option. From a fantasy perspective, though, Portland wouldn't be the most ideal landing place for Millsap, as he'd assume the role of LaMarcus Aldridge's backup.
Kris Humphries: Headed to Dallas
Update: Humphries was involved in a four-team deal sending the forward and teammate Shawn Marion to the Mavericks, the Dallas Morning News reports.
Analysis: Shawn Marion was the centerpiece of the deal and Humphries was thrown in to make the contracts work. Don't expect him to be more than an end of the rotation player in Dallas.
